• Original Shipping: Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake.
• Incomplete Returns: A refund will not be issued for incomplete returns. All items returned must be 100 percent complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Orders placed before 4:15pm (PST) Monday through Friday will be shipped out the day they were placed. Orders placed after 4:15pm (PST) Monday through Thursday will be shipped out the next day. Orders placed after 4:15pm (PST) on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders are shipped primarily by UPS, but we may use FedEX, DHL, or USPS at our discretion.
